Great product Great for fringe areas and does not require cell towers/wifi/crowds. If there's a natural disaster, I'd rather have this product than rely on cell reception anyway. Live by the beach in densely populated area but range is still spotty, so it's been a good purchase that should last a long time. My cat likes the collar. Gets excited and purrs when I offer it. Doesn't mind wearing it throughout the day. It doesn't work as well as I'd like in areas with lots of buildings and brick walls, but that's obvious and true for any product like this. Raising it higher helps. The instructions were very good. Read the instructions and you're good. It's perfect for my needs on the Monitor mode because the threshold is my driveway when I store it in the kitchen (it's based on radius I think), so it beeps at the right time. I chose this over the latest app-based tech offerings and would choose it again because it's more effective and will last many years w/ old-school (stable/reliable) technology.

Worth every cent 👌 You must read manual before you start, other then that its perfect. I didn't like the coller option for my cat so I custom fitted to his harness. What do you think? Doesn't bother her at all and runs all the time with it.

Great Customer Service Love this product. Bought one for our cat who loves to be outside. This thing is amazing!! Points to the collar and and states a percentage of the set range for distance. The thing fell off him and I found it crushed in a tire track. Ordered a new one. Couldn’t pair it with the receiver. Went to their web site and told them my problem. The next day I got a voice mail that left the contact name and phone number. Before I could call back, they called me again. Turns out I had done it right but was too impatient to let it finish. Now, what company not only responds to a customer service request right away but calls you back a second time to offer their assistance? So incredibly refreshing.

Best Tracker of them all! I have tried so many different tracker and they all fell short!- This has an amazing range.- Battery life is much better than the others i have tried.- No matter how far my cat goes is still has the ability to track him down.-It has the ability to monitor my cat and if he goes too far the device lets me know.Now I really have peace of mind with my cat when he goes outdoor.Only Con for me is that I wish that the collar had the ability to beep as well once I got closer to him, but the device does such a good job that it is not an issue at all.

Works very well Range is at least 1/4 mile in wooded area. Collar battery indicates low battery (indicates on hand held) in about 2.5 weeks (used only tracking mode, 2-3 times a week) Good waterproof (dog goes in river, tested)

Still holding up strong 12 months after purchase and frequent use I use this product to track my indoor/mostly outdoor cat if not back home after 9pm or if bad weather is expected. The pouch the receiver slides into attached well on either a 3/8” or 1/2” breakaway collar on my 12 lb. cat. After a year, battery life on receiver (collar) still lasts at least a 4-6 weeks before I charge it. I like that the monitor (base unit) will indicate if the collar battery is low. I estimate I’ve tracked my cat (or his lost breakaway collar/receiver) at least 50 or more times with 100% success in an area of about 15-20 acres my cat wanders. I live in a rural area with heavy forest, hills, and ravines. Cell coverage is spotty in my area so this radio signal system was the way to go. The signal range depends a lot on the terrain, I’m probably at 1/4 mile with big hills and ravines, but I just have to wander the area and always eventually pick up the signal. I would assume in an open field or road or level terrain that range would be much longer. Takes a little practice at first, but instructions are thorough, and in my opinion, necessary to read through to understand the system. It’s a bit like metal detecting in that the monitor gives you direction and signal strength (as a percentage). I practice tracking my pet often so I remain good at it in case of a true emergency. I’ve also discovered his top hangout areas and track towards those areas first. The receiver seems very durable and is still working strong despite my cat coming home completely muddy or soaked at times. I keep the monitor plugged in 24/7 and in “monitor” mode which extends the battery charge on the receiver immensely because it pings the receiver every 40 seconds vs every 5 seconds when tracking the pet with the monitor in “track” mode. I haven’t turned off both the monitor or receiver in over a year and batteries still working great. Ive bought other radio signal products that have those little tag devices and they are vastly inferior because the battery life, range, and weather resistance is aweful and failed in less than 4 months, in my personal experience. I’m really happy with this device and the peace of mind it brings. The cat doesn’t mind wearing it either. I added a little yellow duck tape to the breakaway/receiver collar to find it more easily when the cat loses it.

Good instead of GPS It doesnt give you a map but gives you a good idea how far they are. Less jumpy signal, less detail, easier to use, longer battery. Gives peace of mind to dog and owner

The BEST pet tracker Hands down the best pet tracker out there. Yes, it is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. No data subscription, monthly payments or internet is required. It just works, every time you turn it on. It has a very good range, the direction indicator might take a bit of practice to get the hang of but is very easy to navigate. One of my best purchases ever.
